Warmer and longer days are going to be upon us soon. Here are some helpful things to think about before you venture outside for the spring.
If you haven’t been as active over the winter months you want to make sure you pace yourself and don’t do too much too quickly. Take things slowly and work your way up to a faster pace.
Make sure you allow proper time to warm up and cool down before and after your work out. You can warm up with a fast pace walk or jumping rope. Cool downs should be gradual and you should always remember to stay hydrated.
